2. Course Enrolment and Fees

2.1 Standard Course Fees
All our courses have a standard published fee, which must be paid in full before course access is granted, unless a special discounted arrangement applies.

2.2 Special Discounted Pricing
From time to time, Ideacade may offer special discounted fees for a limited number of seats or during promotional periods. Such discounts are provided at our discretion and may be revoked if the student fails to comply with the related payment terms.

3. Installment Payment Policy for Discounted Fees

3.1 Eligibility for Installments
Students who are offered a discounted course fee may be allowed to pay that discounted amount in two equal installments. This option is strictly available only for the discounted fee and not for the standard full fee.

3.2 Payment Schedule

• First Installment: Students must pay 50% of the discounted fee at the time of registration to secure their seat in the course.

• Second Installment: Students must pay the remaining 50% before the 5th day of the second month of the course.

3.3 Example:
For example, if the standard fee for a course is Rs. 25,000 and a student is offered a discounted fee of Rs. 20,000:

• The first payment at registration is Rs. 10,000.

• The second payment of Rs. 10,000 must be paid before the 5th day of the second month of the course.

3.4 Failure to Pay on Time:
If a student fails to pay the second installment before the 5th day deadline:

• The discounted price becomes invalid.

• The student must then pay the balance according to the full course fee (e.g., Rs. 25,000 minus the amount already paid).

• Failure to pay the balance in full will result in suspension of access to classes and course materials.

3.5 Access Restrictions:
Students who have not paid the full applicable fee by the due dates will have access only to the recordings of classes attended up to the first month. Further access will be revoked until payments are settled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Refunds are governed by that policy and may not apply to partially paid installment plans where payment terms are breached.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Any misuse of course materials or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Ideacade (PVT) Ltd. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Amendments

Ideacade (PVT) Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.

9. Student Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Policy

9.1 Respectful Behavior
Students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

9.2 Integrity and Honest Representation
Students must not share misleading, false, or defamatory information about Ideacade (PVT) Ltd, its staff, or its programs on any platform (including social media). Any violation will result in disciplinary action, including possible removal from courses without refund and legal action if necessary.

9.3 Use of Course Materials
All course materials are for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing without written permission is prohibited.

9.4 Consequences of Misconduct
Violation of this code may result in:

• Suspension or expulsion from current or future programs

• Revocation of access to course content

• Legal action for defamation or intellectual property violations

• Forfeiture of any fees paid (no refunds will be issued)
