Refund Policy
We keep things simple and fair. Please read this carefully before enrolling in any Ideacade program.

3-Day Refund Window

Important Notice
Once you attend the first class session, no refund will be issued — regardless of payment date or remaining sessions. Please ensure you are committed before the class begins.

Refund Eligibility
A refund will be considered only if all three of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted before attending the first class session
- The request is made within 3 calendar days of the original payment date
- The request is submitted via email to the Ideacade admin team

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The student has attended or logged into the first class session
- The refund request is submitted more than 3 days after the payment date
- The request is made verbally or via WhatsApp, social media, or other unofficial channels
- Change of mind after the 3-day window has passed
- Inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts after enrollment

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email only. Verbal or WhatsApp requests will not be accepted.
Include the following in your email
- Full name and contact number
- Course or program name
- Payment date and amount paid
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment (screenshot or receipt)

Note: Ideacade is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect bank details provided by the student.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of confirmation
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at enrollment
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed
- Allow additional time for your bank to reflect the amount in your account

Ideacade reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and published on our official website. Continued enrollment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
